Ministries
The Shafter Seventh-day Adventist Church is committed to carrying the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ to our community. We are currently carrying out an active ministry to both the English and Spanish speaking members of this community.
We have a strong commitment to the youth of our church. Every Saturday morning we have Bible Study classes for children of all ages. On Wednesdays at 7PM we have a Pathfinder Club meeting for ages 10 and up as well as an Adventure Club meeting for ages 5-9.
We also have an elementary school in Shafter that offers Christian Education for grades 1-8. This school is accredited by the State of California, and offers top quality instruction combined with a commitment to helping our children grow day by day in their relationship with Jesus Christ. For adults we currently offer Bible study opportunities on Saturday mornings at 9:30 in both English and Spanish.
We also have Bible studies during the week on Tuesday nights at 7 PM in English. In Spanish we have a study on Sunday evenings at 7 pm, Wednesday evenings at 7 pm and Friday evenings at 7 pm.
